How We Raise Our Cows
We know it’s important to understand where your beef comes from — and we’re proud to share how we care for our animals.
At our farm, we operate a cow-calf operation, meaning our calves are born and raised right here under careful attention. From birth to maturity, our cows are treated with respect and compassion.
We do not use antibiotics or added hormones, ensuring our beef is as natural and wholesome as possible.
Our cows spend most of their time grazing freely in open pastures, enjoying plenty of space, fresh air, and sunshine. Their diet consists primarily of nutrient-rich grasses, along with grains we grow and harvest ourselves right here on the farm.

Our Beef is cut, packaged and flash frozen at a local USDA facility. There are no added flavors or dyes.
